A Performia staff member thought it was appropriate to complain at an inner city doughnut shop about being charged for disposable plastic bags, which is very much the norm these days. What a disappointing, entitled attitude.Message is to please bring reusable bags like everyone else if and please don’t take it out on retail team members who are just trying to do the right thing by store policy.

I have used Performia Australia as a tool to assist me in choosing suitable employees for different roles in two different businesses. Each time the assessments have been absolutely accurate. Performia really explores the qualities and attributes and skills required for the role and then develops the way to obtain the information from the candidate to assess their suitability. There’s no way of knowing, from a couple of interviews how a person can perform the role you have. Performia assesses productivity, achievement and personality and how a candidate will perform in the role. I highly recommend this product to help with recruiting a great team.

My experience with the Performia method has been a steep learning curve, but you can't ask for better support and guidance from Negar, Jaz, Gareth and the rest of the Performia AU team. The face-to-face training was great and i wasn't sure what to expect with the move to online learning - but i can comfortably say I am learning even better with their online model. Negar and Jaz are always available for real-time support to make sure we are getting the most of the training and that we are getting the results we need. Already I am getting positive results from the insights gained and this will only improve as we further implement our learnings.

Pay massive amounts of money to HR company's for the the right person who is suppose to support the team to find out 12 months down the track the person is different to what you expected. Spent a year in training, Paid a year in wages, Also having to wait 12 months before you have a person in the role who can fulfil the function.
